Where is the best quiet holidays in the sun by the beach?

Hi,
I am looking to go on holiday for my birthday around may and i am desperately trying to find a reasonable price holiday in a stunning, quiet place with beaches.
I want a really relaxed holiday not surrounded by hundreds of other holiday makers but i don't want it to be too expensive.
Hope someones knows somewhere!

Not "stunning", but you cant have everything on the cheap. - - - - Mallorca (north), Menorca, Formentera, Porto Santo Island (Madeira).
