search for a program called music rescue. If you are wary of downloading programs read some reviews on it first and you'll find that its perfectly safe. Next install the program. Then once you have installed it open up the program and plug your ipod into your computer. There is a button you click to recover all of your music, but you have to hit continue after every 50 songs.
