my friend was using my phone and admitted it was mine when she got it taken away. i went to the office and my principle said my parents should pick it up. my moms a bitchity bitch bitch and she wont get it for me. is he allowed to confiscate it from someone it doesnt belong, then not give it to me...?

Well Technically if its caught then its the principals property till your parents go pick it up. Yes it was your friends fault but did you let her use it??? I dont know what to do???
