Hey,
Alright I know I ask a lot of phone questions and I apologize! Tomorrow I am going to Verizon to trade in my broken Env 2 for a replacement. I have full insurance on it, and I've had about 4 Env 2's it's ridiculous! So first of all will they give me a new phone, and yes I have insurance. And second is there any possible way they can upgrade me to the LG Voyager? Please answer ASAP!

i think you would have to pay $50 if you want a different phone
im actually getting a voyager tommorrow if that answers the env2 or voyager question.
