since downloading the latest version of itunes, Lost (downloaded tv prog) won't

play properly? i had a little box pop up telling me to dowload the latest version of itunes and ever since my downloaded programmes don't play properly. The picture keeps freezing. How do i solve this

i know this isn't really a question for pools and surveys but i asked it in computers and didn't get an answer and P & S is very popular, so i figured there'd be loads of people in here who may be able to help.
