LG voyager replacment. Is it different?

so im going to have to get a replacment through insurance cuz mines acting up. I was just wondering if anybody has and if they were different. As in the software or do they all just have the same thing. are they going to give me a titanium? anybody do this lately?

They will give you the type you already have(most likley)
