A Grammy award is 'good' (possibly even 'great'). An Oscar, which is voted on by members of the Screen Actors Guild, is the highest award possible. The movie the Curious Case of Benjamin Button was 'nominated' for 13 awards, but hasn't 'won' any yet. The voting is still being done, and the awards aren't given until April 2009. The Grammy awards have already been given out. Grammys go to movies, but also to television shows and musicians. I'm not sure who it is who give out the Grammy awards, but you can do a search and find out for yourself.
