please help me with this Mp3 rocket thing!!!?

I need some help on guidance on this download because i just downloaded it and when i click on it it says that i have some firewall up na d i don't know where to look or what to do so if you could help me that would be awesome.

If you have Windows, go to Windows Firewall on the Control Panel and click the "allow a program through windows firewall". Check the little box beside MP3 Rocket. If it is not on the list, then add it.
