    Water intake question?

I eat a lot of fruit and lots of raw veggies..about 4 apples, 1-2 bananas, 2 bags of spinach, broccoli, carrots, peanuts, nuts and seeds. It seems like since I started eating more whole foods, im never thirsty..Like sometimes I only drink 4 glasses of water a day and I feel fine..Is this because of the water content in the fruit and veggies? Should I be drinking more if im not thirty?

    wow you sound really healthy!
you still need to drink water every day. about 6-8 glasses. even though you eat lots of natural food, your body still needs water to function.
