Make him little coupon things. I did this a long time ago, but make him 2-5 coupons, and decorate them, and say things like

1. one free cd
2. one free make your bed
3. one free do your chores
4. take you out to dinner
those types of things.

I don't really know your relationship, but you could easily come up with more!

Bake him something! You could make him a birthday cake and decorate it with his favourite sweets. If he already has a cake, you could bake him something else, some nice muffins or biscuits or something like that.

Or you could make a really cool collage. Collect together some special pictures (ask permission first!) and arrange them nicely. You could add on other things too, like ribbon or sequins or something.

It depends on your talents too. If you are good at sewing or painting, you could do something with that.
