Scared little Potbelly pig?

I have a 3 month old potbelly pig (named him Ryoichi) that is scared of everything! I got him when he was 2 months old, the woman I bought him from told me he would warm up to me in a week or so.. its been a month and he still wont let me touch him barely. He follows me around the house (because he wants treats, LOL) but when I try to pet him he runs away. He LOVES my cats and pomeranian, but he wont let any person touch him. Ive read that potbellies are very loving animals (as they get older). Is there something I can do to get my little pig to trust me and let me pet him? Thanks!

They're so cute. I had 2 when I was younger and I don't remember them being very affectionate. They'd like stand against my leg but that was it. I think some ideas would to be very calm always, and try sitting on the floor with the treat and not letting him have it untill he snuggles against you? Maybe if you sit he'll think you're more at his level and he'll get used to it.
