What kind of snake do you recommend for a beginner snake handler?

Corn snake.
They're calm, usually nice, nonvenomous and they don't eat anything much bigger than a large rat.
And you should get one that's albino..only because I want one but I'm not allowed to have one haha.

A ball python. i had one when i was like eight. get a smaller one that way by the time they get big your used to handling them. theyre very aweome snakes to own. ive had 4

if by snake handler you mean for a pet, then i say corn snakes, they are a good size, and very manageable. if you want to have like a side road attraction DO NOT go with rattle snakes, they are mean bastards that bite at heat, and very seldom miss
