HELP! My ears popped...?

my ear popped yesterday while using a q-tip. and it still hasnt gone away.its only my right ear.my mom says maybe because ive been sick with a sinus congestition the past few days, but i dont know cuz if i didnt use that q tip i dont think id be in this predicament. i try so often holding my nose and blowing hard and it halfway pops then goes back. someone please help me. im scared and i cant hear out of my right ear!
