    Taco bell gives me cramps..?

&& I LOVE taco bell. Is there any meds I can take before or after I eat it to have less cramps or less painful cramps or no cramps at all? I never eat fast food much at all like prob once a week or not even that. But when I do taco bell is my fav choice that I cant live without even if it gives me cramps!!
Im unsure if its the mild sauce or the food but I love both lol.
I eat the sauce plain sometimes & that could be it too...idk but please tell me if I can take meds for it or should I stop eating it at once? Thanks. :]

You're eating highly processed food with a boatload of chemicals, additives, preservatives that is loaded with sodium and saturated fat. The end result...not at all surprising.

You could take something like Gas-x, beano, or similar which will help (all OTC), or lomotil or anti-diahrreal OTC medication.
