Do I have to marry a short woman so my kids won't be giants?

    I'm 6'5" almost 6'6".

If I married a woman who was like say 5'10" my kids would be like 7 feet right? So if I marry like a 5'4 woman they will be normal sized?

Well it will depend on which genes become phenotypes or genotypes. If your kids get your growing genes as phenotypes then they are the represented gene and your kids will be tall, your wife's genes, if she were short, wouldn't have much affect as the genotype

If your spouse is tall as well, yes your kids will most likely be on the tall side, although it isn't garuanteed.
