BASEketball rules (not basketball)?

if you have never heard of BASEketball or seen the movie then watch it and tell me the answer to this.
ok so in the movie BASEketball it says that you cant shoot in the same place twice. so what happens if u shoot everywhere in the same inning? i dont think this ever happened in the movie. is the inning over or can you start shooting from the same place again? i really wanna play this with my homies but i need all the rules first.

is there a website with the official rules?
