i exercise 25 to 30 minutes each for morning and night....
i drink water only, lots of it....
how many lbs do you think i can lose til May...im 155 lbs rt now...and i wanted to be 120lbs, im 31 y/old and 5'4"
here are some of the foods i usually eat during the day:
vegetables,
boiled egg,
4 saltine crackers,
lots of fruits (almost all meal, i include 1 serving of it),
tiny portion of lean meat (optional, and no fats),
2 pcs hotdog with bits of cheese (baked and small)
i exercise thru DVD Hip Hop Abs Absculpt and Cardio
