    ok, so i try to eat healthy now and?

    i exercise 25 to 30 minutes each for morning and night....

    i drink water only, lots of it....

    how many lbs do you think i can lose til May...im 155 lbs rt now...and i wanted to be 120lbs, im 31 y/old and 5'4"
    here are some of the foods i usually eat during the day:

    vegetables,
    boiled egg,
    4 saltine crackers,

    lots of fruits (almost all meal, i include 1 serving of it),
    tiny portion of lean meat (optional, and no fats),
    2 pcs hotdog with bits of cheese (baked and small)
    i exercise thru DVD Hip Hop Abs Absculpt and Cardio

    Go low carb!
    Its the best thing ive ever done and unlike most diets
    you don't gain it all back
    search 'The Atkins diet" On google..It'll tell you everything you need to know and its fun!
    I don't starve myself on this diet and i'm eating stuff like red meat and cheese.

    If you don't want to gain it back a kilo to 2 kilos a week is the safest.

    I don't know how much you will lose by then but.
    I don't know if you have these in America but I am have the water shake(meal Replacement) twice a day and eating no process foods(eg salad, fruit, veg) nothing that comes out of a box or fast food ETC. I have been on this diet for about 8 weeks and I have lost 15kg or 33ibs and feeling great. I still have a long way to go for my goal weight but I am happy about what I lost.
