I am 16 (female) and weigh 140 and around 5"4
I want to loose my gut so that I can look better in a bikini. I dont really care about the scale so I dont have to loose pounds. But having a tight toned stomach for beach weather is what I want. How do I achieve that? I heard that if you cut every meal in half it helps. What exercises should I do and what should I eat? What foods are really bad for a belly?
