...area at low cost? I have been watching MMA, like UFC and stuff and now I want to get in shape and learn some of it for fun and why not get in shape. Im from South Miami area, and don't really have time to commute to a gym. Would like to find a personal one on one type of trainer. That dosent charge alot either- What is a going rate for those as well? And any contact info would help also. Thanks guys.
