At school i really don't eat lunch but i want to put something in my stomach so i don't start eating sweets.I'm also trying to lose weight and have P.E first block so we buy gatorade and chips after were threw (and eat them in class) so what should i bring or eat to help me lose weight while i'm at school?
If you have any suggestions on a diet or a plan that a TEENAGER can do i would be glad to hear them?
