Ok I weigh 206 pounds, I am 14 years old, and I was Born in March 1994, For the past month I have been trying to loose weight and I can't seem to get it right, I started out at 202.4 pounds, and now I weigh 206, and its not always 206, like three days ago it was 204, then it was 205.5 a day later, and sometimes it is 206.5, What is wrong, I am control what I eat (I eat three meals a day, and sometimes a snack after working out), I work out for about 40 minutes everyday, I start with stretching, then I do a cardio exercise such as a brisk walk on the treadmill at 4mph for 30 minutes, then I do some pushups, crunches, and squats and I work my obliques. Every other day I curl weights, I started a 10 pounds, then 15, and now I do 20, I do four sets of 8. I don't really track my calories because I heard if they are too low then my body will consume muscle before fat (catabolism I think) so please somebody help me and explain to me what to do
