    Is this healthy eating for a day?

    I am 14 years old, female, 110 lbs, 5'5"

    Breakfast: Wheaties (the cereal), skim milk (not because i think i'm fat, cuz i like it!)

    Lunch: Ham/ chedder cheese sandwhich on a roll
    baby carrots
    sweet n' salty nut bar (sort of like a granola bar)

    Snack: strawberry yogurt

    Dinner: green beans
    noodles w/ chicken breast

    dessert: pop tart (un frosted, strawberry)

    Sounds healthy!

    But poptarts need the frosting! And spoil yourself! They come in a pack of two for a reason! Have both!

    You should add a fruit to breakfast, fruit to lunch, and another veggie and whole grain to dinner. Granola bars sound healthy but actually aren't. You'd be better off with a bag of mixed nuts and a small dessert.
