    is subway really healthy i eat it all the time?

    to loose weight is it healthy

    Thanks guys! next time i get subway NO CHEESE i usualy stay away from the mayo and get mustard!

    Subway has a list of about 6 - 8 sandwiches that can be low cal, but in order for them to be this way, you have to leave off the cheese, mayo, and anything else that was not included when they determined the calorie count. I think they even post the calorie count on the napkins. I think it does include some of the veggies in that count. Anyway, go to the Subway website, they have a nutrition chart with all the calorie counts and what was in the sandwiches.

    Yes, it is better than most "fast food." You do have to exercise as well if you want to lose weight.
    No mayo or cheese and plenty of veggies.

    no. no fast food place is healthy, but its the best choice over BK, Wendy's etc..

    nope. if you're losing weight, eat veggies, fruits, and stuff at your home and dont eat fast food. even subway.

    it's healthier than most fast food places, but it really all depends on what you get on your sub and what type of sub you get.
    no mayo or cheese, if you want to loose weight.
