Subway has a list of about 6 - 8 sandwiches that can be low cal, but in order for them to be this way, you have to leave off the cheese, mayo, and anything else that was not included when they determined the calorie count. I think they even post the calorie count on the napkins. I think it does include some of the veggies in that count. Anyway, go to the Subway website, they have a nutrition chart with all the calorie counts and what was in the sandwiches.
it's healthier than most fast food places, but it really all depends on what you get on your sub and what type of sub you get.
