Is there any way to jailbreak or unlock a motorokr? ?

Our phone company has made it so that no one can make any song their ring tone unless we buy them, even if I bluetooth or get one from the internet on my phone. I can have them on my phone and listen to them but not as a ringtone, so I was hoping there is a way to fix that.
 
jailbreaking is the term referred to iPhones.. in motorola phones you wont have any restriction in adding third party apps... and for unlocking you can get unlock code from any vendors online like <a href="http://www.theunlockspot.com/motorola-z6-rokr/rs5wp9">TheUnlockSpot.com</a> so that you can access your phone with any network...
