Try http://www.free-tv-video-online.info/ I use it all the time. They have both movies & TV shows. I think Gossip Girl Season 2 is on there.

put gossip girl on the search
then go down to the surf channel
it'll be easy to find after that

you can download lots of gossip girl episodes on iTunes and there was even one behind the scenes one that was free!!
