Is it unhealthy for me to change my diet. I am 16 years old, 5 foot 11, 160 pounds,(13% body fat) i have a good looking body........I currently eat what ever i want......and was wondering if by changing my nutrition....eating less...more fruits and vegetables....Would this make my abdominal look better?....Is it unhealthy and would it make my body look nicer??

I am in sports or training constantly.




Do not tell me to not worry about it please, i just want to be healthy and have a good looking body at the same time.
