Jan 27, 2009 #1 R Red Member May 15, 2008 278 0 16 Every other day I start off with 2 sets of 30 push-ups, immediately after that I do 3 sets of 8 reps of 40lb. dumbbell curls followed by 4 sets of 30 push-ups. Thanks. I have a long walk to class everyday, so I guess that's my cardio.
