how can i unlock moto razr v3?

I have an old motorola razr v3 from cingular but my sim is for t-mobile, i basically have no phone otherwise and am about to switch plans in a few months so i don't want to spend money.
is there any way other than the 6 zeroes method or scotty's method to unlock this phone?
i have vista so don't suggest p2k as they are too lazy to make it compatible. i may just use a friend's pc tomorrow if i have to i guess.
