Help with the bluetooth on my Dell Inspiron 1525?

So, I'm trying to connect the bluetooth on my computer with my phone. I know my laptop has bluetooth because it has a light in the front for bluetooth. I tried the Dell support page but I just can't find the bluetooth under the control panel. Please help me!
