What is the best Lexus to mod/tune?

soarer and the gs300/aristo are good examples.

all most all of them are good to mod...but it depends if you want to mod it for speed only, track race only, or your going for the baller look...for speedand track its gotta be between the is300 and the sc300/400....for balling it would be the is300 and the gs300...
