I'm a 20 year old male and I'm tired of being skinny. My BMI is 18.09 (around 129 lbs) and I'm 5'11. I don't want to get buff, but I wouldn't mind being 145 or even 150 lbs with some good muscle tone (chest, abs, arms, thighs, legs). I'd like to start eating more meals and going to the gym, but I'm having trouble starting. What should my focus be at the gym? How long do I work out for and when do I rest? I basically need a workout routine. Also, should I drink protein shakes and do I need to take any vitamins? What foods should I be eating? I can't afford much cause I'm a college student.
