Monday and Wednesday this is what i do:
Cable Cross Over 3x8
Incline Close Grip Bench/Dumbell Press 1x8
Leg Press 3x8
Lat Pull Downs 3x8
Row Machine or some rowing motion 2x8
Leg Curls 3x8
Some Sourt of ab work out, do as many as i can once
Barbell Calf Raises 3x8
On Friday or Saturday i do Plyometrics
i have track pratice almost everyday except sunday sometimes saturdays. if i dont i make sure i do something with the jumprope, pull up bar and some bodyweight exercises. i make sure i have enought rest.
just wondering if i should add another exercise or take away some?
i do feel sore the day after i lift and do plyometrics
