Looking for a good starter bike ?

Start off w/ a cruising bike. A Triumph or something else cheap. For your 1st bike, you need to respect the thing and get comfortable with riding and your own reactions.

After that, then get your nice bike.

I am hopefully getting a new bike this year its going to be my first so my first question is is there any website that can teach me everything i need to know from how to take care of it to the bike parts please

Second any good starter sport bikes under 4000$ i dont want boxy looking 1980's bike i was looking at the 08 Ninja 250R and it looks good but i need some other choices so please help nothing too heavy yet not too cheap looking please thanks.
