how do i put torrent movies on my ipod?

i have them downloaded, and can watch them through VCL media player, but they won't go on my ipod. how do i put them in mp4 format? or how do i just get them to work on my ipod? if i don't use the VCL media player, they don't play.

1) You download the movie you want from the torrent.

2) Download "Videora Ipod Converter" and when you are setting it up choose your ipod.

3) Open Videora and at the top click 'Convert' then 'Video File'

4) When it is finished it will sync onto iTunes, then sync your iPod.
