Is this what you call eating healthy?

i start work at 6am at around 10am i eat this

1 natural smoked turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. light mayo/mustard one peice of swiss cheese. glass of milk a salad and an orange

then for dinner
1 mini pizza
bowl of honey bunches of oats ceral
and an apple or pair
im in good shape athletic type about 5-10 160lbs. i just used to eat fast food all the time, my metabolism is very quick i just didn't know if this was healthy type food of if i just though it was
 
yea its healthy only about 1,000 calories and your getting every food group... You seem to go very long with out feeding your belly though..:(
