I'm looking to get back into competitive BMX biking when I get out of the Army in early 2010. By the time I get out, it will have been about five years since I've really ridden, and I'm not as conditioned as I used to be.

So right now I'm in Iraq, and after a lot of thought I've decided I want to get to work on conditioning myself again. Here's my dilemma: I don't have a bike at the moment.

I've got two gyms here on my FOB (one strictly for cardio, one strictly for weight training), but have no idea where to start. Can anyone give me any ideas as to how to condition myself for riding again without actually having a bike?
