Okay woke up
-1 cup kashi cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk, apple
-250 cals

Lunch
-90 cal whole wheat wrap with all natural turkey
-Luna bar
-Serving organic pretzels
-Pear

Total of 820 calories, and then I went to the gym
and ran 5 miles on elliptical in 43 minutes, crunches, leg lifts.
I cant run due to ITB syndrome...so my workout probably sucked and Idk if elliptical even burns good calories.
ugh

and dinner was
-100 calorie worth of grilled tilapia
-1/2 cup brown rice
-1 cup steamed broccoli

-one pear and one apple

So A total of about 1300 calories for today.
Was that too much since I cant run n the treadmill my usual 5 miles?
