...connected to internet.? Sify broadband in Hyderabad, I am given by a IP address. But sometimes, i used to get connected eve without logging in. I neglected but, when my account expired, i changed my IP address, with the same series. A ip address gives me internet with 128 speed.(Mine was 64 kbps)

Another ip address gave me an ultimate speeds, but limited to some websites. only NVIDIA, SIFY, INTEL, IN.COM, etc,,,, Download speed is 300kpbs. All i want to ask is is there any software which can check all ip address , which can connect to internet. i am now with a different ip address. Thank you
