what do you think the U.S. will be like in 2030; i think:

1 The U.S. is a power among several other super-powers
2 PC culture has eroded due to the sheer inevitability of interaction
3 A female, Asian, or Latino president has was or is in charge
4 The youth of that time will take the 44th election for granted

5 OR THE U.S. JUST SPLITS INTO DIFFERENT PEICES YAAAAY
total: actually, the GOP will still be around, but their platform would've changed substantially

everything but 5 - the us will remain, but i think our political leanings will eventual move towards libertarian as people become more net savvy and independent from news media and able to get education and information out of the mainstream.

5. 2040 - racism will be killed by darwinism, not legislation
6. by 2012, after terrorist use nukes provided by arab states on european, asian or american targets, the world moves to stop rouge nations and extreme force is used.
