Are there good nutrition sites for me to use? ?

Hey I wanna be more healthy and gain muscle :D But I've been researching allot and been a little confuse about the eating part :( I know how to add up the calories but I don't know what food to eat and how to calculate how much I burn :( Can anyone give me a good website and that you can punch in the numbers of how much you weight left? and how much you eat and work? I would appreciate it if anyone can help me out here.
oh BTW I weight lifted before and not really anymore because I don't have any much money for a gym :( I used to use a gym at my school everyday :) So I'm not new to this
