I can see in India that Parrots are used for Astrology. How it can be possible?

Dear you are asking for parrots but in my view even the Master of those parrots are not able to tell the futire of anyone. But Parrot ,monkey, bear are always best Marketing tools.

Indian people are lazy, so they make their parrots do their Astrology for them. Apparently "Polly Wanna Cracker" is a very common Indian Pisces horoscope.
