Anyone Have An Env2?!?

ok so i got an env2 around 2 weeks ago, and they said my text plan [[1500 a month]] would start today , the 17th . My texts work fine but i thought that picture messages are included in that ?, because everytime i try to send a picture message [[to my email]] it says "message failed" and im 100% sure i have the right email adress .

whats going on ?

YES I KNOW THIS IS IN THE WRONG SECTION
AND I KNOW I ASKED THIS ALREADY

i have 4 EV bars
and i tried with every resolution =/

How many EV bars appear when you sent it?
Also, check the resolution. When the resolution is too high the phone wont let you send the picture.
