am i the only one who gets sick of hearing women gossip about other women?

I mean guys talk about other people to, but they don't talk about that 24/7 like women do. I was in the salon shop and all around I heard women talking about other women, they wasn't talking about good things, it was only bad things! while I was in there I got sooo sick, felt like I was going to throw up! it made me think "I wonder what they are going to say about me as soon as I leave". am I the only one who gets sick of that crap? Im 16 and those women were like in there 40s!
the guys I hang around mostly only talks about sports...
