Korean Hyundai head office email address or contact details?

On behalf of a friend, I would like to ask if anyone knows when I can obtain the contact details such as an email address of the head office in Korea for Hyundai. She needs to make a complaint about her Hyundai that she bought new a year ago and has already started giving faults. It's still under warranty of course and everytime she reports it in for a service, they tell her it's something related to power steering which they can only repair in a few weeks. However, there has been an incident where someone had a worsened situation in relation to the power steering and couldn't turn on the road; he could only drive straight therefore she is slightly worried that it will happen to her before time for a service on the car and it may be fatal...
