How can I drive traffic to my MMA blog?

I have a blog called www.mmafightflicks.com and I want to increase it's popularity. Could anyone give me some suggestions? It seems some of these online forums don't like users promoting their blogs or websites.

2.article submission,
3.directory submission,
4.social bookmarking
