if you just eat normally but do exersize, will you be healthy?

with a healthy body? like just eat your normal meals of a varied diet but do exersize like jogging twice a week and crunches/sit ups at least 3 times a week?
o and no ansers about losing weight i didnt say i want 2 lose weight i dont i just wanna be healthy, easily
 
Yes...... This is a good point. If you are starting in a good place certainly eating a balanced meal coupled with some excercize is a very good way to enjoy life.
 
not particularly... to be healthy you need a proper, balanced diet and good exercising habits, and you prolly need to add more strength training in and up you cardio to 4x/wk,
