I'm going backpacking to europe and I'm wondering if I have to get an electronic converter or just the adapter, I will be charging my cell phone and camera batteries. If I do have to use a converter could you recommend me one? Some sources say you just need the adapter but then others say you need the converter too, so I'm just trying to get a clear answer.
