Sure why not...
I see leaders everywhere, you don't have to run a country to be a leader.

I'm a leader, because I'm confident, can talk to people, am friendly and open. People naturally come to me for advise, and in bad situations always follow my lead. This makes me a leader, and I'm on Polls and Surveys...The question - Will I be running your country one day _ probably not, Politics is not my forte!

YA is a breeding ground for Proletarians and the Disabled. I'm sure the people who will be quote-un-quote "leading" us in the future are off studying or doing something more productive.

(Of course, I am pretending that the "leaders" will actually "run" the country in the future, instead of the current hypocrasy where they sit around mooning eachother and getting paid ridiculously well considering how much work they fail to do.)
