    what are some quick, easy and healthy things to eat for breakfast?

    that take about 5 mins. i know i've hardly got anytime.

    Oatmeal - even the instant kind is healthy. Plus a piece of fruit or a glass of fruit juice.

    If you really only have 5 minutes, then a piece of toast with a VERY small amount of peanut butter and some sliced bananas. It's really easy, quick, and will keep you full until lunch. Depending on how much peanut butter you use, it can also be very healthy.

    Grapefruit. It'll take you 2 minutes to cut one up and about 15 seconds to eat/drink each half.

    scrambled eggs with toast set toast in toast and cook eggs on high no milk or water added cooks in a min
    have a banana too
    or
    jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches
    or
    waffles in frozen food ilse toast them and syrup butter your good
    or
    quaker oatmeal
    or
    make a bagel cream cheese and jelly night before
    or
    make pancake batter night before and just pour in hot pan add alittle milk to make it smooth again mix well then heat a pan and make them small will cook fast
    or buy frozen food pancakes
    or
    cereal bar or nature valley or kashi or quaker granola bars or to go bars and just bring a apple or banana as well
    or
    hot pockets breakfast pockets cook them while getting ready and eat at home or take with you
    or
    yogurt and fruit or make a yogurt parfait fresh fruit yogurt and granola night before
